Reminder Time

This is the time (in EST) when reminders are sent.

To change the time, you would instruct Sidekick   q time [time] with [time] replaced by a valid time such as 8, 8 a.m., 15, or 3 p.m.

If you don't supply a new time, Sidekick will tell you when reminders are currently sent.
