This is how you tell Sidekick you want to share one of your topics.
To share a topic, you would instruct Sidekick q share_topic [topic] with [topic] being the name of the topic to share. And if you just do q share [topic] Sidekick will share the topic if has not been shared already.
When you share a topic, Sidekick will send you a message with a secret key to give to anyone with whom you would like to share the topic. For ease, you can just copy/paste the message and send it via text or email to whomever you want.
The share key is valid for 24 hours, though you can add more time with the q share_key command.
Once a topic has been shared, everyone who has been authorized can view and add to the shared topic. Currently, only the owner can edit or delete entries but both features are under consideration for use by everyone.
The share feature allows you to share anything from mundane grocery lists to all the places in the world you wish to visit!
